Matt's Bar in South Minneapolis is the supposed Home of the Jucy Lucy (although I prefer the 5-8 Club). It's probably the most famous dive bar in Minneapolis established in 1954.

Notably, Matt's was the location of a historic visit by President Barack Obama back in 2014.

While I didn't have much of a relationship with Matt's Bar it made sense to be my second LEGO landmark model.  I tried to depict President Obama's visit in the booth where it happened.

Incidentally, I sold this model for $150 and bought it back a few years later.  I replaced it with a "mini-Matt's" model.  Later (2025) I sold it again, this time to the owner of Matt's Bar.
